All commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of final files.

Failure to submit the initial payment will result in the project not being scheduled or started.

I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a commission at any time for any reason.

If a project is canceled by me after work has begun, the client will receive all completed work up to that point based on the percentage of the commission completed. In this case, no further payments will be required.

If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.

Each commission includes a limited number of 2 reasonable revisions. Excessive or major changes beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee of 35% of the total cost.

Clients are expected to respond promptly. Extended silence (over 14 days without notice) may be treated as abandonment of the project.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The artist retains full copyright to the artwork
• The client receives personal or commercial usage rights based on the commission agreement
• The artwork may not be resold, reproduced, or redistributed for profit without written permission
• The artist reserves the right to display the artwork as part of their portfolio, social media, or promotional material

Commercial usage or full copyright buyouts must be discussed separately and may involve additional fees.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
No refunds are offered after final delivery.

I reserve the right to refuse any subject matter that I am uncomfortable creating, including but not limited to illegal, hateful, or exploitative content.

Completion time will vary depending on complexity, queue position, and communication speed. Deadlines are estimates, not guarantees, unless a rush fee is agreed upon.

By commissioning me, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to these terms.
